Mission
• Document Control Manager within Project controls team to ensure that site project will maintain the records and documents in an organized manner in order to be able to share all the requested information at the program level.
Main tasks
Set-up tasks
• Lead Document management discipline with global program organization to ensure processes and standards are applicable and aligned with site expectations.
• Set up document management systems and communication protocols with stakeholders on site (mostly project managers) and also contractors.
• Ensure setting-up of tools for document management and lead training sessions (ACC, EIDA).
• Is responsible for establish and tracking Document management discipline across the site up to full system implementation
• Ensure company policies and regulations regarding document control are being met.
• Regular tasks
• Managing all aspects of document control, including filing, scanning, indexing, storing, retrieving, and destroying documents.
• Participating in legal proceedings, including depositions, discovery, and trials as needed.
• Developing and maintaining an internal database of documents related to a company’s operations.
• Preparing work schedules, managing workflow processes, and overseeing office activities.
• Reviewing and approving documents before they are released to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that all documents are scanned, stored, and indexed properly according to company standards.
• Reviewing, approving, and rejecting documents based on content, format, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Ensure a timely and accurate doc status reporting to the project team highlighting the deviations and the delays occurred in the cut-off periods.
• Grant the interface with the program team and the respect of the related due dates.

• Document management Reporting (ad-hoc dashboards & others).

Required competencies and experience
• +5 years’ experience as equivalent role in Life science / Nuclear /Oil & gas industry.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
• Experience in EIDA/Autodesk tools are preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report skills.
• Diplomatic and political skills in the daily interaction with project team and key stakeholder. Strong and demonstrable ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

clients and can work independently
