IFS Finance Consultant

Nous recherchons un consultant IFS Finance pour une mission de 3 mois renouvelalbles en full télétravail.

The project is looking for a consultant in IFS Finance Accounts Payable (AP). As an IFS Finance consultant mainly, you would be involving in multiple kind of projects such as Implementation, Support, or Upgrade Projects for IFS ERP.

Missions:

ERP - IFS Cloud- Finance Module

Process Documentation (PDD) of P2P Process (procurement to Pay) specifically AP.

• Develop SIT scenarios and SIT Test steps.
  
• Perform SIT (System Integration testing) and SAT Support.
  
• Debug on Errors during SIT and SAT phases.
  
• Reconciliation of accounts and general ledger with sub-ledgers (Likes Supplier Balance/Customer Balance/Inventory/Fixed Assets).
  
• Adequate knowledge for Reviewing CRIMS related to P2P and sharing feedback.
  
• Support cross stream for developing Training Materials on P2P.
  
• In principle, IFS Upgrade and Implementation are having the same approach and activities:
  
• Consultant should have Minimum 7 or above experience in IFS Finance module experience with at least 3 years experience in IFS AP process knowledge and 1 end to end implementation experience on IFS Cloud.
  
• Responsible for end-to-end Implementation / Upgrade / Support Projects on IFS Applications.
  
• Expected to work for gathering of new business requirement and understand the customer requirement/BDR to provide the Solution as per IFS application standards.
  
• Map business process to IFS ERP (Outcome: Prepare TO-BE/Solution Definition document).
  
• Knowledge to documents Process documentation; Prepare Functional Specification / Test cases documents for identified CRIMs.
  
• Consultant should have knowledge to perform Functional Testing / SIT / UAT supporting experience.
  
• Creation of training materials and Conducting customer training sessions and workshops.
  
• Guiding and assisting the customer with testing and Go Live cut-over strategies.
  
• Involve in different phases of project life cycle that addresses the Customers key requirements.
  
• Supply Chain /Manufacturing/Sales/Purchase/Project/Maintenance/Sales Contract Cross domain Modules Knowledge will be an added advantage.
  
• Global view and cross domain solution driven approach.
  
• Provide support to maintenance of tickets / Service Request / New Change Request within SLA.
  
• Below are the most common activities which you would require to perform during the Project of IFS.
  
• Technical environment:
  
• Knowledge and record of IFS products implementation / Upgrade / Support projects.
  
• Industry-specific knowledge from target industries.
  

IFS Cloud Finance Certification will be added value.

Expertise on Finance Module (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable)
